本政策适用于 Maihao Facebook Cookie Exporter 浏览器扩展，说明扩展在你主动授权后如何在本地读取和导出 Cookie。Maihao 是独立开发者；本扩展不隶属于 Meta 或 Facebook，也未获得其认可。
用途与适用范围
扩展只有一个用途：将你本人有权访问的 Facebook 账号 Cookie，在当前正常浏览器配置中本地读取并导出为 Header、JSON 或 Netscape，供你手动复制或下载。扩展不登录账号，不进行账号交易，不读取其他网站的 Cookie，不支持无痕模式，也不指定其他 Cookie 存储区。
本地访问也是数据处理
本扩展会处理用户数据，即使数据不上传。处理的数据包括 Cookie 名称和值、认证 Cookie（例如 xs 和其他会话相关 Cookie）、c_user 中的 Facebook UID/账号标识，以及其他 Cookie 值可能含有的标识符。Cookie 可以代表登录凭证，应视为敏感信息。
读取的元数据
Chrome cookies API 还会返回 Cookie 域名、路径、到期时间、会话属性，以及 secure、httpOnly、hostOnly、sameSite 等安全或范围属性。格式化输出保留支持的字段：name、value、domain、path、secure、httpOnly、hostOnly、expirationDate、session、sameSite；浏览器返回的其他 API 字段不会保留到标准化输出中。记录、筛选计数和字段存在状态也只在本地计算。
何时读取与网站授权
安装或打开弹窗不会自动读取。只有你点击读取按钮后，扩展才通过 Chrome 的权限界面请求 https://*.facebook.com/* 访问权限，并在允许后调用 cookies API 查询 Facebook Cookie。拒绝授权时不会读取。Chrome 可能记住已允许的网站授权，后续点击读取时不一定再次显示提示。固定 cookies 权限仅服务于此用途。
处理方式与数据用途
Cookie 和 UID 在当前扩展弹窗的内存中解析、筛选、格式转换和显示，默认掩码。你可主动显示预览、切换格式、复制 UID/结果或下载。非 Facebook 域和本地判断已到期的记录会被排除；同名 Cookie 存在不同值时拒绝合并。扩展不修改、导入或删除浏览器中的 Cookie，也不抓取网页内容或读取浏览历史。
不上传、不追踪、不共享
扩展不把 Cookie、UID 或结果发送给 Maihao、Facebook、广告商或其他第三方。没有后台任务、内容脚本、使用分析、广告跟踪或远程代码，不出售或共享数据，不用于与导出无关的目的，也不用于信用或贷款资格判断。界面和代码随安装包提供，扩展内容安全策略禁止数据连接。对 Chrome API 读取信息的使用遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括 Limited Use 要求。
保留期限与清除
本扩展不使用 localStorage、sessionStorage、Chrome 扩展存储、云同步或本地数据库保存读取的 Cookie、UID 或结果。结果仅留在当前弹窗内存中；点击“全部清除”或关闭弹窗会清除当前结果，重新打开不会恢复。清除结果不会更改 Facebook 原有 Cookie，也不会自动撤销 Chrome 记住的网站授权。
剪贴板和下载文件
只有你主动点击复制或下载时，结果才会写入系统剪贴板或通过浏览器下载到你控制的文件。导出内容不会由本扩展自动加密。剪贴板历史、其他有权限读取剪贴板的软件、操作系统或你选择的备份/同步服务可能保留这些内容；这些副本不由扩展管理。清除或关闭弹窗不会删除剪贴板历史、下载文件或你之后分享的副本，请妥善保管并按需自行删除。
撤销权限与删除扩展
你可以在 Chrome 的扩展管理/网站访问设置中撤销 Facebook 网站授权，或卸载扩展以移除其访问能力。授权由浏览器保留和管理，扩展的清除按钮不能代替权限撤销。撤销或卸载不会自动删除你主动保存的导出文件，也不会登出 Facebook。
会话有效性与使用边界
c_user / xs 字段存在、Cookie 未超过本地到期时间，都不代表账号可登录、会话有效、订阅或账号状态正常。扩展不联系 Facebook 验证会话，不保证导出可用于其他应用。只处理你本人有权访问的账号，不要分享登录凭证或把他人的数据交给本扩展。
网页工具与支持入口
你可以主动打开下方 Maihao 网页工具/支持入口。网站是单独服务，打开链接是你发起的普通浏览器访问；扩展不会在链接参数中附加 Cookie、UID 或导出结果，也不会自动把结果传到该网站。你之后手动粘贴或分享的内容由你决定。本政策说明的是本扩展的数据处理，不把网站其他功能或用户之后选择的第三方工具描述为扩展的一部分。
政策更新与联系
本政策生效及更新日期为 2026-10-28。如扩展的数据处理方式发生变化，会相应更新本政策和商店披露，并在适用时提供新的说明或授权选择。有关功能或隐私的问题，请使用下方现有工具/支持入口。

工作階段有效性與使用範圍
c_user / xs 欄位存在、Cookie 尚未超過本機到期時間，都不代表帳號可登入、工作階段有效、訂閱或帳號狀態正常。擴充功能不聯絡 Facebook 驗證工作階段，也不保證匯出可用於其他應用程式。只處理你本人有權存取的帳號，不要分享登入憑證或將他人的資料交給本擴充功能。

This policy applies to the Maihao Facebook Cookie Exporter browser extension and explains its local access and export of cookies after an explicit user action and permission. Maihao is an independent developer. The extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Meta or Facebook.
Purpose and scope
The extension has one purpose: read Facebook cookies that you are authorized to access from your current regular browser profile, and locally export them as Header, JSON or Netscape for a manual copy or download. It does not sign in to accounts, trade accounts, read other sites’ cookies, operate in incognito mode or select a different Cookie store.
Local access is data handling
The extension handles user data even though it does not upload it. This includes Cookie names and values, authentication cookies such as xs and other session-related values, the Facebook UID/account identifier in c_user, and other identifiers that Facebook Cookie values may contain. Cookies can act as login credentials and should be treated as sensitive information.
Cookie metadata
The Chrome cookies API also returns domains, paths, expiration times, session attributes and security/scope attributes such as secure, httpOnly, hostOnly and sameSite. Normalized exports retain supported fields: name, value, domain, path, secure, httpOnly, hostOnly, expirationDate, session and sameSite. Other API fields returned by the browser are not retained in the normalized output. Record/filter counts and field-presence indicators are calculated locally.
When access occurs and permission is granted
Installing the extension or opening its popup does not automatically read cookies. Only after you click the read button does it request https://*.facebook.com/* access through Chrome’s permission interface and, if allowed, query Facebook cookies with the cookies API. A denial performs no read. Chrome may remember an allowed site grant, so a later read click may not show the permission prompt again. The fixed cookies permission serves only this purpose.
Processing and use
Cookie values and UID are parsed, filtered, formatted and shown in the current popup’s memory, masked by default. You may explicitly reveal a preview, change export format, copy UID/output or download a file. Records outside Facebook domains or expired according to local timestamps are excluded; conflicting values for the same Cookie name prevent merging. The extension does not modify, import or delete browser cookies, scrape page content or read browser history.
No upload, tracking or sharing
The extension does not send cookies, UID or results to Maihao, Facebook, advertisers or other third parties. It has no background tasks, content scripts, usage analytics, advertising trackers or remote code. Data is not sold, shared, used for unrelated purposes, or used to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility. All UI and code are packaged with the extension, and its content security policy prohibits data connections. Use of information accessed through Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Retention and clearing
The extension does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, Chrome extension storage, cloud sync or a local database to retain accessed cookies, UID or results. Results remain only in the current popup’s memory. Clearing the result or closing the popup removes the current result; reopening does not restore it. Clearing results does not change Facebook’s original cookies or automatically revoke a site permission remembered by Chrome.
Clipboard and downloaded files
Only an explicit copy or download action writes results to the system clipboard or saves a browser download to a file you control. The extension does not automatically encrypt exports. Clipboard history, other software allowed to read the clipboard, the operating system, or backup/sync services you choose may retain copies; the extension does not manage them. Clearing or closing the popup does not erase clipboard history, downloaded files or copies you later share. Keep these credentials private and delete copies when appropriate.
Revoking access and uninstalling
You can revoke Facebook site access in Chrome’s extension/site-access settings or uninstall the extension to remove its access capability. Chrome retains and manages permissions separately; the extension’s clear button does not revoke them. Revocation or uninstalling does not automatically delete export files you saved, and does not sign you out of Facebook.
Session validity and authorized use
A c_user / xs field or an unexpired local timestamp does not establish a valid login, an active session, a subscription or a healthy account. The extension does not contact Facebook to verify a session and does not guarantee that an export works in another application. Use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not share login credentials or submit another person’s data to this extension.
Separate web tool and support
You may explicitly open the Maihao web tool/support link below. That website is a separate service. Opening the link initiates an ordinary browser visit, but the extension does not append cookies, UID or exported results to its URL and never transfers results there automatically. Any later paste or sharing is your choice. This policy describes the extension’s data handling; other website features and third-party tools you later choose are not described as part of the extension.
Updates and contact
This policy is effective and was updated on 2026-10-28. If the extension’s data practices change, the policy and store disclosures will be updated, with new explanations or permission choices where applicable. For functionality or privacy questions, use the existing tool/support entry below.
