- An account in a Team workspace must leave that workspace or switch to its personal account before recharge.
- If the account previously subscribed through a mobile channel such as iOS or Google Pay, the product requires waiting 3 days after the subscription expires because of the grace period.

Account extraction and the on-site recharge tool
Open the account recharge tool
Select ChatGPT, enter the complete CDK from your order and verify the plan.
In the same browser where your target ChatGPT account is signed in, follow the tool’s account-information instructions to obtain the complete session JSON. Paste it into the on-site tool to identify the account email and subscription status.
Check the identified email, plan, current subscription and eligibility before confirming. Stop and contact support if the account is ineligible.
Track the original task and check the subscription in ChatGPT. Query an uncertain result before retrying; do not submit duplicate tasks or pay again.
Session JSON contains sign-in credentials. Use it only in the designated field of the on-site tool. Never post it in public chats or on unrelated websites. Redact codes and session data in support screenshots.
If an older code cannot be verified by this tool, contact support using the original order instructions instead of trying unrelated redemption websites.

Failed submission or missing subscription
If submission fails or times out, check the original task and CDK status first. Do not resubmit an uncertain request. Contact this store with the order number if the problem continues.
If payment and CDK submission succeeded but the membership does not appear, first contact OpenAI support at help.openai.com. Explain that you paid for ChatGPT Pro 25X and the membership has not arrived. If it is still missing after official support assists you, contact this store with the order number for manual escalation. Cooperation with this support process is required.
Warranty and after-sales conditions
- The subscription warranty lasts 30 days after successful recharge. If the subscription is lost, the product terms provide a refund according to the remaining days, following OpenAI’s official handling and timing; this is normally several working days.
- For normal personal use only. Proxy relay, reverse engineering, automated or other uses that can lead to an account ban are outside the warranty. Account bans are not covered; the terms state that OpenAI does not refund banned accounts.
- Successful recharge is not refundable or exchangeable, except for the subscription-loss warranty stated above. Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms.
30-Day Subscription Warranty
This product includes a 30-day subscription warranty starting upon successful recharge or subscription activation. If subscription access ends early within the warranty period during normal personal use, contact this store with your order number. Confirmed subscription-loss claims are refunded based on unused service days. Account bans caused by prohibited use, proxy relay or reverse engineering are excluded from this subscription warranty. Delivery errors and other agreed protections follow the order terms. Warranty duration and subscription term are separate; a 30-day warranty does not shorten an annual subscription to 30 days.
