Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the purchasing, delivery, use and after-sales rules that apply to digital products purchased through Maihao AI.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Scope and order commitments

These terms cover digital accounts, subscriptions, redemption codes and related digital services offered through Maihao AI. Product features, duration, eligibility, delivery and support commitments are determined by the product description, order terms and information agreed by both parties at the time of purchase.

Material restrictions, activation deadlines and support conditions must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Specific product and order commitments remain effective, and these terms do not reduce your statutory rights. Third-party names and trademarks identify the relevant products and do not imply official affiliation or authorization.

2. Purchasing and account responsibilities

Before ordering, check product specifications, regional availability, device or account requirements, duration and price. You must be authorized to use the account and payment method you provide. Minors should purchase with a guardian's consent and guidance.

Provide accurate necessary information and keep login credentials, order details and delivered content secure. Issues caused by incorrect information or failure to follow clearly disclosed requirements are handled according to their actual cause and each party's responsibility.

3. Orders and payment

The order amount is the amount clearly shown at checkout and confirmed by you. Keep your order number and necessary payment evidence, and avoid duplicate payments. Contact us about unexpected charges, duplicate payments or inconsistent order status.

If stock shortages or other circumstances prevent fulfillment as agreed, we will inform you and arrange an alternative or refund in accordance with applicable law. A one-time purchase does not authorize automatic renewal or additional charges. Any automatic renewal service requires a separate clear notice and appropriate authorization.

4. Delivery and use

Digital products may be delivered as account content, redemption codes or an agreed service activation. Payment, delivery and activation may be separate stages, as described in the product and order terms. We fulfill delivery using the disclosed method and timeframe.

Check delivered products promptly and use them within any clearly disclosed validity period. Keep necessary records and contact us if a product is missing, unusable or inconsistent with the order. Verification and reporting requirements do not limit your statutory rights.

5. Cancellations and refunds

  • Orders not yet delivered: you may request cancellation or a refund. We assess the request based on fulfillment status and applicable law.
  • Delivery or quality issues: incorrect products, invalid codes, failure to function as agreed or unperformed services are addressed through repair, replacement, delivery, refund or other appropriate remedies under the order and applicable law.
  • Delivered or used products: eligibility for a change-of-mind return depends on the product, its use and any legally required pre-purchase notice and confirmation. A product being digital does not by itself justify refusing every refund.
  • Subscriptions and ongoing services: interruptions or failures to meet agreed standards are addressed according to the commitments made, the unperformed portion and the cause. Reliance on a third-party provider does not remove our own responsibilities.

Statutory return rights are not arbitrarily reduced, and exclusions from change-of-mind returns are not arbitrarily expanded. Once a refund is confirmed, we explain the amount, method and expected processing time. Receipt depends on payment processing. We do not require store credit or vouchers in place of a refund that is owed.

6. After-sales support

Support coverage and guarantee periods follow the valid commitments made at purchase and applicable law. Additional guarantees do not replace or shorten statutory rights. Provide your order number, an issue description and necessary evidence with unrelated sensitive details redacted.

We investigate the circumstances and explain the proposed resolution. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, we explain any information or steps needed next. Support email: [email protected].

7. Acceptable use and service limitations

Follow applicable law and the relevant product's rules. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, attacks on systems, unauthorized access or other unlawful activity. We may apply necessary and proportionate restrictions to unlawful use or security risks while handling associated order rights in accordance with law.

Third-party features, availability and rules may change. We do not guarantee permanent availability beyond our express commitments. Changes affecting fulfillment are handled according to our legal and contractual responsibilities. If circumstances amounting to force majeure affect performance, we provide timely notice and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact; liability is determined under applicable law.

8. Privacy, disputes and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Contact us first to seek resolution of a transaction dispute. If no agreement is reached, you retain the right to use available complaint, mediation or competent court procedures.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes, show the revision date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Updates generally apply to new transactions after they take effect and do not retroactively reduce existing order rights. If a provision is invalid, the remaining lawful provisions remain effective.
