IPTV Setup Guide
Step 1 — Access your login details
Open the link received after purchase in a phone or computer browser. Your details page contains your username, password, Server URL (Portal / Host), alternative M3U URL, and subscription expiry date. Keep the page open or save the details securely for Step 3.
Step 2 — Install a compatible app
IPTV Smarters is recommended: it is free and works on almost every device.
- Windows PC or laptop: Download IPTV Smarters for Windows, open the file and install it. Select Next / Yes if Windows asks, then open the app and proceed to Step 3.
- Android phone or tablet: Install IPTV Smarters Pro from Google Play Store, then open it and proceed to Step 3. Android TV is also supported.
- Fire TV / Firestick: Search for IPTV Smarters in Amazon Appstore and install it. If it is not listed, install the free Downloader app first and use it to download IPTV Smarters. Open the app and proceed to Step 3.
- iPhone / iPad / Apple TV: Install IPTV Smarters Lite from App Store. Open it, select the Xtream Codes login option, sometimes labeled “Login with XC,” and proceed to Step 3.
- Samsung / LG Smart TV: Install an IPTV-compatible player such as IBO Player or Smart IPTV from your TV’s app store. Open it to view its Device ID and, where shown, Device Key. The easiest method is to select the option to add a playlist or M3U URL, then paste the M3U URL from Step 1. If the player only accepts a Device ID, send it to live support to have your playlist loaded.
Step 3 — Log in
Choose the Xtream Codes login option, which may also appear as an option to add a user or log in with XC. Enter:
- Name: Any name you like, such as “My TV.”
- Username and password: Copy them exactly from your details page.
- Server URL: Copy the Server URL (Portal / Host) from your details page.
Select Add / Login to load the channels, movies and shows. Alternatively, choose the playlist / M3U URL option and paste your M3U URL. Use whichever method your app offers.
Internet Requirements and Troubleshooting
- HD: 15 Mbps for smooth playback.
- 4K / Ultra HD: 25 Mbps.
- A wired connection or strong Wi-Fi gives the best results.
- Channels do not load or login is rejected: Check your username and password. They are case-sensitive and must contain no extra spaces.
- Still unable to connect: Try a backup server address listed on your details page instead of the main Server URL.
- Buffering or freezing: Check your internet speed, restart the app and router, and try switching your VPN off or on if you use one.
- Subscription shown as expired: The subscription period has ended; purchase again to continue.
- Only one device plays: This is the limit for a single-connection plan. Close the app on other devices or upgrade to a multi-connection plan.
