IPTV Setup Guide
1. Open your subscription details
Open the link received after purchase in a phone or computer browser. It displays your username, password, Server URL (Portal / Host), M3U URL and subscription expiry date. Keep the page open or store the details safely.
2. Install a player
IPTV Smarters is recommended as a free player that works on almost every device.
- Windows PC or laptop: download IPTV Smarters for Windows, open the downloaded file and follow the installation prompts, selecting Next or Yes when asked.
- Android phone or tablet: install IPTV Smarters Pro from Google Play Store.
- Firestick or Fire TV: search for IPTV Smarters in Amazon Appstore. If unavailable, install the free Downloader app and use it to download IPTV Smarters.
- iPhone, iPad or Apple TV: install IPTV Smarters Lite from App Store and select the Xtream Codes login option, sometimes labelled XC.
- Samsung or LG Smart TV: install an IPTV-compatible player such as IBO Player or Smart IPTV. The player displays a device identifier and sometimes a device key. Choose the option to add a playlist or M3U URL and paste your M3U URL. If the player accepts only a device identifier, send it through live chat so your playlist can be loaded.
3. Sign in
Choose the Xtream Codes login option, which may also appear as Add User or XC login. Enter any display name, such as “My TV”, followed by your exact username, password and Server URL from the details page. Select Add or Login to load your channels, movies and shows.
Alternatively, choose the playlist or M3U URL option and paste your M3U URL. Use the method supported by your app.
Internet Requirements and Troubleshooting
- HD: 15 Mbps.
- 4K / Ultra HD: 25 Mbps.
- A wired connection or strong Wi-Fi gives the best results.
- Channels fail to load or login is rejected: check the case-sensitive username and password, removing extra spaces.
- Connection still fails: try a backup server address listed on your details page instead of the main Server URL.
- Buffering or freezing: check your speed and restart the app and router. If using a VPN, try switching it off or on.
- Expired subscription: purchase again to continue.
- Only one device plays: close the app on other devices or upgrade to a multi-connection plan.
