IPTV Setup Guide
Step 1 — Open your login details
After purchase, open the supplied link in a browser on your phone or computer. The page displays your username, password, server URL (also called Portal / Host), M3U URL as an alternative connection method, and subscription expiry date. Keep the page open or save the details securely for Step 3.
Step 2 — Install a compatible app
IPTV Smarters is recommended; it is free and works on almost every device.
- Windows PC or laptop: Download IPTV Smarters for Windows, open the downloaded file, and install it. Select Next or Yes if Windows prompts you, then open the app and continue to Step 3.
- Android phone or tablet: Install IPTV Smarters Pro from the Google Play Store, then open it and continue to Step 3. Android TV is also supported.
- Fire TV or Firestick: Search for IPTV Smarters in the Amazon Appstore and install it. If it is not listed, install the free Downloader app and use it to download IPTV Smarters. Open the app and continue to Step 3.
- iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV: Install IPTV Smarters Lite from the App Store. Open it, choose the Xtream Codes login option, sometimes labeled XC, and continue to Step 3.
- Samsung or LG Smart TV: Install an IPTV-compatible player such as IBO Player or Smart IPTV from your TV app store. The player displays a device identifier and sometimes a device key. The easiest method is to choose the option to add a playlist or M3U URL and paste the M3U URL from Step 1. If the player only accepts a device identifier, send it to the seller so they can load your playlist.
Step 3 — Log in
Choose the Xtream Codes login option, which may also appear as the option to add a user or log in with XC. Enter any display name, such as “My TV,” and copy your username, password, and server URL (Portal / Host) exactly from your details page. Select the add or login button to load the channels, movies, and shows.
Alternatively, choose the playlist or M3U URL option and paste the M3U URL from your details page. Use whichever method your app offers.

IPTV Troubleshooting
- Channels do not load or the login is rejected: Check your username and password. They are case-sensitive and must contain no extra spaces.
- Still unable to connect: Try one of the backup server addresses listed on your details page instead of the main server URL.
- Buffering or freezing: Check your internet speed, restart the app and router, and try turning your VPN off or on if you use one.
- Subscription shown as expired: The subscription period has ended; purchase again to continue.
- Only one device plays: This is the limit of a single-connection plan. Close the app on other devices or upgrade to a multi-connection plan.
