The product is described as official regional recharge using legitimate funds and a card payment. After successful activation, OpenAI sends the subscription email. Billing records and receipts can be viewed in ChatGPT: profile → Settings → Billing.

What the regional pricing route means

The regional label refers to the pricing route used to pay for the subscription. Your existing account remains the same, and the product does not ask you to change its region. Account eligibility still needs to meet the conditions below.

Eligible accounts

  • Use a regular account with no current paid subscription, including Plus or Pro or Go.
  • An account in a Team workspace must leave that workspace or switch to its personal account before recharge.

CDK redemption steps

  1. After payment, copy the complete CDK shown in the order. Do not add spaces.
  2. Open the recharge page and paste the CDK.
  3. In the same browser, while signed in to the intended ChatGPT account, open the ChatGPT account session page and copy the complete JSON.
  4. Return to the recharge page, paste the JSON, check that the account email is correct, and submit. Completion is determined by the original task status. Stay signed in to ChatGPT during the process.

Failed submission or missing subscription

If submission fails or times out, check the original task and CDK status first. Do not resubmit an uncertain request. Contact this store with the order number if the problem continues.

If payment and CDK submission succeeded but the membership does not appear, first contact OpenAI support at help.openai.com. Explain that you paid for ChatGPT Go and the membership has not arrived. If it is still missing after official support assists you, contact this store with the order number for manual escalation. Cooperation with this support process is required.

Warranty and after-sales conditions

  • The subscription warranty lasts 30 days after successful recharge. If the subscription is lost, the product terms provide a refund according to the remaining days, following OpenAI’s official handling and timing; this is normally several working days.
  • For normal personal use only. Proxy relay, reverse engineering, automated or other uses that can lead to an account ban are outside the warranty. Account bans are not covered; the terms state that OpenAI does not refund banned accounts.
  • Successful recharge is not refundable or exchangeable, except for the subscription-loss warranty stated above. Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms.
