Delivery and sign-in
- After payment, view the redemption content supplied with your order in the order.
- Follow the post-purchase instructions to obtain the account, then sign in to that supplied account.
- If two-factor authentication is requested, follow the supplied information and use this store’s 2FA tool. Contact support with the order number if delivery or sign-in fails.
Warranty and after-sales
- The subscription warranty is 30 days. If the subscription is lost, refunds are handled according to the remaining days and OpenAI’s official processing time, normally several working days.
- Normal personal use only. Proxy relay, reverse engineering or other uses that can lead to a ban are excluded. Account bans are not covered.
- Do not enable auto-renewal or upgrade to Pro without following the product conditions. Bans caused by your own account changes are outside the warranty.
- Delivered and activated virtual goods are not refundable or exchangeable, except for the stated subscription-loss warranty. Ordering confirms acceptance.
