After selecting USDT, follow your current order's payment page. The displayed product price and payment currency may differ; use the payment amount shown for this order.
Check before sending: match the token, network, receiving address and received amount to your current order.
USDT payment steps
Read your order's payment details. After submitting the order, copy the receiving address and full amount. Check the token, network and expiry timer. Use each order's own details, not an old screenshot.
Send an on-chain transfer from your wallet or exchange. Select the token and network specified by the order and paste its address. In OKX, the usual entry is Assets → Withdraw; see the official instructions for menu details. Maihao AI detects blockchain transfers, so do not use an internal transfer by phone, email or UID.
Check the amount the recipient will receive. Keep every decimal place and account for fees so they do not reduce the required received amount. Do not round, overpay or underpay. After sending, return to your order and wait for blockchain confirmations and the order status update.
What to check before a USDT transfer
Match the network. A token may be available on several networks. Follow the order; an address's format alone is not enough.
Meet the exact amount. If minimum withdrawal or precision limits prevent the transfer, contact support before proceeding. Do not increase the amount yourself.
Use a valid order. Do not pay an expired order. Open a valid order and check its payment details again.
USDT payment questions
Do I need to pay CNY first?
No. CNY is the product's pricing currency. If you select USDT, pay the USDT amount shown on the payment page. A channel's minimum order amount is not a requirement to top up in advance.
I sent the payment, but my order is still unpaid.
Check your withdrawal record and blockchain confirmations. If it still has not updated, keep your order number, transaction hash (TxID) and transfer record, then contact us through the support button. Do not pay twice.
What if I used the wrong network or amount?
Stop sending more funds, save the transaction record and contact support for review. Do not send a top-up yourself; possible next steps depend on the actual transaction.
